Return Material Authorizations

An RMA number may be authorized by calling Zonit Sales at 720-266-0050. Please have the Zonit part number and serial number available to speed the process.  Returns must be authorized prior to shipping any products to Zonit. Returns must be shipped via pre-paid freight with an explanation of the problem, and will be validated and repaired or replaced by new or refurbished units shipped to your designated address. 

Warranty

Warranty periods vary by product, as follows:

  • zPDS - 25 years from date of shipment
  • μATS - 3 years from date of shipment
  • zLock - 3 years from date of shipment
