Bill Pachoud

Chief Systems Administrator

As the Chief System Administrator at Solbourne Computer, Bill dealt with data center connectivity and uptime challenges daily. He couldn’t find products that could solve his data center issues, so he designed a server power supply that was nearly impossible to disconnect. That resulted in the Z-LOCK. Knowing he created a must-have product for data centers, Bill started Zonit in 2007. Bill earned his B.S. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. 

Bill also founded and is the CTO of the Root Group.

Mike Corrigan

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike develops and implements financial strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of Zonit. He works closely with the executive team to formulate financial plans and drive the company’s financial growth. Mike plays a key role in managing Zonit’s capital structure and provides financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making to ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and standards.

Mike began his career as a CPA with Touche-Ross & Co. (now Deloitte) after earning a BS in Finance from CU Boulder in 1980.

Since 1992, Mike has held CFO positions for companies like Visual Products Corporation, where he managed the integration of one Canadian and three domestic sign manufacturing company acquisitions by its Private Equity owner, resulting in a $70m sales operation. From 2001 to 2008, Mike was the owner/CEO of a national sign manufacturing company with customers across the US and Europe.

Since then, he has been a Fractional CFO for companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to companies with $100m in sales, most of which were in manufacturing

Jay Bradley

SVP Sales and Marketing

As the SVP of Sales and Marketing, Jay is responsible for leading Zonit’s sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and expansion, as well as ensure partner and customer success.

Jay brings over 24 years of engineering, sales, business development, finance, and marketing experience in the data networking and storage industry. Most recently, Jay was CRO and VP of Customer Success at Burlywood where he oversaw global sales and managed the marketing team. Prior to that, Jay wasDirector of OEM Business Development at Brocade Storage Networking, where he helped customers find new solutions for networking, storage, and infrastructure needs.

His experience also includes work at Micron Technology and LSI Corporation, where he worked in various engineering, product marketing, and business development roles over his more than 15 years of service.

Jay holds a BSE in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Jon Westerlind

Director of Manufacturing

As Director of Manufacturing, Jon coordinates and manages the manufacturing of Zonit’s product line with our Global contract manufacturing partners.

Jon is responsible for ensuring all products meet Zonit’s high-quality standards and are reliably delivered to customers on time. With more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing, Jon has been responsible for engineering, quality control, sales support, and production for some of the leading electronics industries along theColorado Front Range. Before joining Zonit Jon was the VP of Engineering and Quality for CCX where he worked with customers including Flextronics, Daktronics, and Spectralogic.

Jonholds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Business/Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Steve Chapel

Principal Engineer

As Principal Engineer at Zonit, Steve is responsible for all aspects of product design and development including continuous improvement (CI). Steve is the primary contributor to the extensive Zonit IP portfolio with his name appearing on over 100 patents in the US and globally.

For 23 years Steve used his electronic and technical skills to maintain super-computing data center engineering applications and advance scientific research at government-funded facilities such asNCAR/UCAR, NSSL, NOAA and more.

In addition to his government experience, Steve spent 14 years in the private sector designing and building mid and large-scale compute facilities, as well as developing custom solutions for data center power, networking, and other infrastructure challenges. This included designing and deploying a major municipal-wide, high-performance fiber optic Metro Area Network for the City of Aspen Colorado.

For the past 12 years, Steve has been the principal design and development engineer for Zonit
